The floor is new, shiny, slip resistant, and they treated and replaced the drain. Other than cleaning, I don’t expect to have to do anything more to the floor in my lifetime. I couldn’t be happier with the work, the workers, or the owner, who I felt was exceptionally kind. I highly recommend this product/service to anyone considering replacing their garage flooring.“

“I hired ReNew Flooring to rehab my home that I also use as a rental. They are a class act. They showed up on time they were always in constant contact with me anytime I had a question my call was returned almost immediately. They installed luxury vinyl plank flooring in my kitchen, dining room and living room. They painted all of the rooms and they refinished my original hardwood floors and stained them. After the job was completed Jah made sure that I was 100 percent satisfied before asking for final payment. “I would highly recommend DeLauro Remodeling. I had significant water damage to my home from a burst pipe in the hot water heating system in an upstairs bedroom. The damage ruined most of the first floor living areas including the kitchen. DeLauro Remodeling was the primary Rebuild contractor and did an excellent job of completing major repairs to restore my home to liveable, better than new condition. Dan and his team professionally handled repairs including drywall ceiling replacement and finishing/painting, electrical, plumbing, kitchen cabinet installation, wood trim and crown moulding installation/painting, subfloor replacement and vinyl plank flooring installation, and a variety of other finishing work. They were very nice to work with and showed considerable flexibity and patience in working with my Homeowner Insurance Company. “We had a GREAT experience with Shumaker refinishing our hardwood floors in two bedrooms. Not only do our floors look awesome, but all other aspects of customer service was excellent! I always got a prompt response when contacting the owner, Donnie. He answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns of preparing to get the floors done and what to expect after the job was finished. He was very patient, as I had to keep postponing the floor job due to other parts of our home project experiencing delays. He showed up on time for our initial meeting. He kept in touch via text regarding scheduling. He contacted me when he said he would. When it was time for the job to begin, the crew of two young men (very kind, polite, skilled, and knowledgable) and Donnie showed up on time each day, even texting to let us know they were on the way. “Store was clean. Staff was polite and very accommodating. The quality of the materials offered were great, however it was just a little too pricey. Oddly, the carpeting was more expensive than the hard flooring that we we're discussing. If the price could have been brought down a little more, I would have been completely happy. “I replaced all of the flooring in my condo. I selected LVP for all of the condo, except for having carpet installed in the two bedrooms. From the time I entered the showroom on Miles Rd. and met with Austin, scheduling the work, to making the final payment on the job, every person I interacted with was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. There were plenty of flooring options for me to choose from within my project budget. I absolutely love the selections I made. The installers for both the LVP and carpet (separate crews) were great to work with. They were efficient and very respectful of my home. The removal of the existing wood floor, which had been glued down, was very difficult but the crew did the job without complaint. While there was the expected construction dust to clean up, both crews did a great job removing the existing flooring and taking away the debris. “I searched multiple stores/brands/locations and finally settled on LL Flooring Solon last year when remodeling my first home. They were competeively priced for the LVF that I went with. Their installer, Buckeye Flooring Specialists, installed the LVF all throughout the entire property. And it came out great!! I'm constantly getting compliments on the flooring!Buckeye Flooring Specialists have come back out a few times to fix a few gaps that appeared during the first winter (which is totally normal) and to fix a cracked board. They also fixed the cause of the cracked board to ensure that it would not be an issue down the road. They've always left my home better than they found it (never leaving any debris or scraps behind).Extremely appreciative that they fixed those few minor things. Outside of that it's been smooth sailing. The LVF is holding up a year later, no signs of wear and tear. Happy I went with them and that I had Buckeye Flooring Specialists install it.
