Quarterly service. We are under an annual contract with Terminix for pest service and have been for the past 5 or 6 years. We can always count on Terminix to keep us comfortable in our home by controlling pests that manage to make their way inside. Our technician is Mark Saleh. He is on time every time, very thorough, always inquires if there are other pest issues he should be aware of and makes viable recommendations. We're very satisfied with Terminix and the services provided, as well as those that are available to us.Services: Spider extermination
Eric Kurfess visited us the day prior to the actual treatment to go over what problems we were having with mice. He was very informative which gave me the confidence I needed to move forward with actual treatment. Jefferey Meadows was outstanding in his handling of treating my home inside and out for the prevention of mice. He was friendly and took the time to explain to my daughter and I exactly what he was going to do. This included him going into our crawl space area.I felt very comfortable with what he explained that he was going to do. The entire experience with Terminix was very satisfying.
Very satisfied with response time, communication and work. The technician, Edward B., sent me pictures as he installed while I was at work. Todd was very thorough when he did the initial inspection and never was pushy about getting any service. He answered my questions and was very professional!
