Such a beautiful spa with kind staff who are very welcoming and knowledgeable. Highly recommend and had an awesome experience with Nikki who was incredible and patient, we loved our experience!
My husband and I got a couples massage for our anniversary and we could not be happier! I have received several massages from different places and Serenity stands out among all of my experiences for their hospitality, professionalism, and the wonderful service we received. My masseuse was Emily and she was phenomenal! She listened to all of my areas of focus and applied just the right amount of pressure in every area for maximum relaxation. My husband had never had a professional massage before and he, too, was very happy with the experience. His masseuse was Peggy and she was great! The spa itself was very inviting, aesthetically beautiful and calming. All staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming. Because I had mentioned it was our anniversary they greeted us with a sign that welcomed us and wished us a happy anniversary - very nice and thoughtful touch. Also I feel the pricing was fair and right on par with other places I’d researched before booking our appointment. I highly recommend this Spa and we are both looking forward to more massages and perhaps even other services in the future!
The staff was so amazing and professional.My experience was a 10/10 . We went for a couples massage and it was very relaxing. I had a lady name Megan she was the sweetest lady ever 🥰 thank you so much for this amazing experience I appreciate you and will be back to see you soon. She had me feeling like a new woman .
