“I had actually postponed my recent yearly eye appointment with this Covid but was having trouble in one of my eyes and knew I needed to be seen. Making the appointment was very easy since the office personnel are so helpful in assisting. We went over some of the Covid related questions and I was instructed what to do when I arrived for my appointment . Inside the lobby there were hand sanitizers even before I walked in the office and my temperature was taken upon entering. The chairs in the waiting room were sparse and spread out far enough. No one was actually waiting inside except for the patients that I could tell. That was appreciated. I see Dr. Lauf and before that I saw Mandy and she was very professional, and I felt safe. The room appeared very sanitized. Dr. Lauf is always a listener and I trust his advice and directions explicitly. I will go back for a follow up and I thank these Physicians, Technicians and Office Personnel for their dedication all the time but especially in these unknown times. I feel very confident in this office setting.“

“I found Dr. Nemeth after cycling through two eye doctors - one who had no regard for patient safety and spoke inappropriately with patients, and the other whose office was unresponsive (and it took forever to order contact lenses). Dr. Nemeth was a welcome reprieve after that! She provided an excellent exam and worked with me when I was having difficulty adjusting to progressives. Highly recommend.“

“I had to book an emergency same day appointment yesterday July 16th. I called when they opened at 8:00 am, the receptionist put me on hold to find out which doctor would be best to treat my condition, they had an opening at 1:40. Everybody was friendly and engaging, the receptionist and techs were both kind and explained things clearly. For example, where the waiting room was, and how to take the medicine, also book follow up appt. Dr Harooni was great and relieved my fear about my eye healing and made sure the drops I was prescribed didn't have Neomycin, because I am allergic to it. I was a new patient, but I am in the Promedica system.“

“I just started wearing eye glasses in February. In August my face on both sides where the arms sit broke out and the inside of my glasses started to corrode.
I came back in to ask for help and they knew right away what the problem was. I sweat a lot from working out and just in general and my face broke out from the gold metal on the arms of the glasses. They allowed me to pick out a new pair and suggested plastic so it wouldn't happen again.
I love my new pair. Even the specialist was like excited when I placed them on.
