A Huge Thanks to Jeff for scheduling Larry and Dylan to replace my sump pump. The nicest and most helpful men to explain things I need to know as a single woman. We had a competitor out to help with a couple of things we needed done in the house and they wanted to look under the house and gave us some suggestions and pricing. We then decided to call Merit Plumbing for a second opinion. We are so glad we did. We called and they came out the next day and looked over our drains under the house. They suggested the same thing as their competitor, but at a much more reasonable price. Larry, Dylan, and Cash were extremely professional and worked extremely hard on the drains and let us know that we were probably going to need to update our water lines too before we had a bigger issue after a small mishap. Larry and Dylan from Merit Plumbing came out to fix a job that a previous plumber screwed up, and I had the most positive experience with them. They were incredibly kind, explained the issues to me, and how they would fix them, and they did the job in less than two hours (it took the previous plumber 2 weeks). They were also reasonable with their prices, and treated my house with respect - wearing shoe coverings and cleaning up after the job. I'm very happy with the quality of work - I will never use another plumber! Thank you Larry and Dylan!!!
