“I had what I thought was simple job. My door to my garage doorknob lock wasn't working. Knob turned but the lock was barely moving.Went to Lowes, bought a new doorknob lock, and set out to replace it. But 2 hours later, the old knob was removed but the old lock was stuck in place. Multiple YouTube videos of people with the same problem did not offer a solution.I did not want to call a locksmith for a 16-dollar part, but 24 hours later and still unable to get the dang thing to budge without tearing the door apart, I relented and called Horn and Key. I expected them to say they would be out tomorrow and charge me god knows what.Instead, I got talking to Ryan who asked me to send a picture. He called me back shortly after and asked to Facetime. He walked he through a couple of possible fixes that didn't work. After about ten minutes of him being patient with me we finally did.Didn't ask me for anything and my door is fixed.
