Fry heating and cooling is our go to for repairs. Mark our tech was awesome! He explained everything as he was replacing our condensate pump and gave me tips on how to clean and maintain. Thanks again!

Fry was there in my hour of need! Five days before closing the property sale the air conditioning system had a leak and froze into a block of ice! I made my service call to Fry and their technician was there later that day to evaluate the repair. However, due to the age of the equipment a new unit and lines was recommended. The tech was professional, knowledgeable and extended great customer service. We discussed price options, and I made my decision for a new unit. Fry was aware of my time constraints for the pending house sale. The next morning the installation crew arrived with their well equipped truck and went to work.
