I was a pedestrian hit in a marked crosswalk, with some serious injuries. Through a couple of tough, unexpected hurdles (I was out of healthcare network being rushed to the nearest trauma hospital & driver had state "minimum" liability) Chuck & Mark were able to work through those hurdles & fight/negotiate for my benefit to help me pay my remaining medical bills. I truly am grateful for their determination & persistence in getting my case resolved Janine Gwozdz
