I want to share my experience with others and let them know the kindness that radiates through all of the staff here. I came in experiencing panic/anxiety. One of the nurses on staff - Carolyn - hugged me, comforted me, gave me words of hope, and prayed over me. I have struggled with anxiety for years, seen many doctors and nurses, and no one has comforted me quite like Carolyn did. She has a pure heart, a loving spirit, and is truly there for those in need. I know if anyone came in feeling sick she would be your advocate for betterment. Thank you for your wonderful staff there. They have made a significant mark on the kind of care that anyone should receive seeking it.
Highly recommend. Hometown Urgent Care on Lincoln Way was fantastic when we brought our daughter in for an ear infection. The front desk staff was very kind and got us checked in quickly, and we were seen almost immediately. Provider Duplain (I think a PA?) was excellent—professional, thorough, and great with our daughter. The clinic was very clean, and they sent our prescription to the pharmacy right away.
I was in and out, the longest wait I had was for the results. The PA was great and gave me the information that I needed. MA explained everything she was doing before she did it. The front desk lady was welcoming and had patience with me
