Honestly, I can’t stand seeing this place have the bad reviews it does. The staff and environment is wonderful compared to other salons i’ve visited and I’ve been getting acrylics on and off for at least 4 years now, the owner did my recent set and he was amazing. Constantly talking to me and making sure I was satisfied throughout the entire process. I waited to give my overall opinion but it has been three weeks and my acrylic and paint is still holding strong and I work with my hands 40hrs a week. My truck driver husband and I had to stop here @ Massillon for our break. Got my nails done early Saturday morning. Dan was attentive and asked me several times making sure I wasnt in a hurry. I am very happy with my nails.! Thanks so much! He even offered to drive me to our truck so I wouldnt walk so far with my temporary shoes after my pedicure. I will be coming here every time we are in the area.

I am just now reading the reviews , but yet I’ve been here 4 times and feel I should write something. When you walk in, yes the chairs are dirty looking but I usually sit for less then 5 min. Manger/owner? Always says how can we help you. I’ve never had an appointment , I just walk in. I’ve had 3 different techs and each one has been a different personality. But this was good. Never boring, one day they were playing Disney songs and everyone started singing and it made for a fun experience. Everyone has been in good spirits . My nails usually are acrylic but then I grew out my nails to use them as my base. I don’t have chipping , or breakage as some mentioned....read full review
