This facility absolutely cares about your pets! I took a stray cat in and even though she was not a very nice patient, they took great care in making sure she received all the treatment necessary for her road to recovery. They are great on answering every single question you have and are very informative with even giving printed instructions about certain parasites and how to help get rid of them. They also give you many follow-up emails and/or calls to remind you to schedule appointments in a timely manner. I am over the moon with finding such a fantastic place to care for my new fur baby! My Garfield was was a pet rescue and was abused at 10 weeks old. Didn't think he would make it 24h hours.rushed him to Massillon animal hospital.,he's now 5 years old. He's here today thanks to them.
Everyone has been sooo helpful, even though a friend had to take Tori for her appt because I was sick, everyone accommodated me and Tori and we had a very successful diabetic ck up.
