I had a terrible time finding anyone in Menards. Finally a young man in another department helped me. The key machine was great. What an easy process! Make the keys, pay and go! And they all work! Awesome!

I love this kiosk. Saved the key into the system so if I need another I can just order it. Told everyone how easy and awesome it is. The keys that had to be shipped arrived very quickly and I was impressed with the quality. Won’t get my keys anywhere else from now on!

Didn't realize my key was not standard till I tried to make a copy. The process was simple, I even got a discount, and ended up getting 3 keys for the price of 2. Arrived to the house quickly, and all seem to work.
