I live in Lawrence Township, Stark County. I'm embarrassed to say it's been way too many years since my carpets were cleaned. I remembered the Brahler's name from decades ago....a local company and I was please to see they were still in business. The appointment was set with an explanation that an estimate would be provided and if acceptable, they would clean that day. They showed up promptly, quickly measured the rooms and provided an estimate (much more reasonable than anticipated). The two young gentlemen were efficient, careful and were willing to move even the heaviest of furniture. The result was far superior to my highest expectations. They left full care instructions as follow up and if I had any issues, I was to call them immediately to correct anything, no charge. In this day and age, with so many businesses using AI for interaction with customers, I can't say enough about this wonderful company.

I chose Brahler's off their reviews and they did not disappoint. The person who scheduled us was friendly and helpful. They were thorough and knowledge about on cleaning our carpets. I was very satisfied with the two people who came to our home. I would highly recommend this cleaning service.
