Never had a problem with their service. On time and very skilled. Reached out this year to get a checkup on my boiler to find out the owners have retired and closed the business. I wish them the best!

Our technician Jake was extremely professional and knowledgeable about our older boiler. Arctic was assigned to our service request through our HSA warranty. They contacted us right away, we explained we had no heat, and they were at our home within 2 hours. Jake thoroughly explained how our system works and what we need to do to properly maintain it. We will absolutely use them for regular service going forward, and would highly recommend them.Service: Heating maintenance

To the readers of this post I must apologize .my review was in error. the review I had made on the fantastic arctic heating and cooling company .was terrible mistake on my part .I’m reposting to correct a wrong that was done, and in retrospect arctic heating and cooling is with out a doubt a fine company to do Business . They are knowledgeable professionals that I would highly recommend to anyone .They know their business and I plan to use them in the future For all of my heating and cooling needs .so I’ll give them a thumbs up and a 5star rating .
