Tried to get in at a couple of other places, but they were all booked for the day. Found Summer Spa and they took walk ins. I got a heavy massage and the masseuse walked on my back and it felt wonderful! Went back a few weeks ago and got a lighter, more relaxing massage. Also great, but I think I enjoyed the heavy more.*5th time visiting. The massage was great as always. Got a hot stone massage this time and it felt wonderful!

My mother recently passed away and up until that point, I have had no experience with funeral homes or funeral staff. She had passed away on a Friday and the next morning, we had an appointment with Paquelet to plan her service. We were greeted at the door with a warm and friendly face, a woman who instantly made me feel at ease in a very uneasy and heartbreaking situation. That warm smile belongs to Rachel Barker. She was amazing from start to finish. There is nothing easy about losing a loved one, but somehow, Rachel made the process easy and more bearable than expected. She paid attention to detail and she listened to our family speak about my mom and I truly felt that she somehow had a connection with my mom and knew exactly what my mom would want. Not only did she follow through with every request we had for the service through her exemplary work ethic, she was also kind and compassionate. She did not feel like a funeral director, she felt like my friend. In a situation such as this, it is important to do a job well done in honoring a loved one's memory and taking care of arrangements but maybe in the case of laying a loved one to rest, it is just as important to support the family and make them feel as comfortable and as peaceful as possible. Rachel did all of those things. She somehow made our worst day a good one, if that makes any sense at all. The service was beautiful and memorable and full of love. There was a much larger receiving line during visitation than expected. We actually went over the allotted time we had planned before services were to begin, but Rachel handled the situation with grace and took care of everything so that we could continue to receive friends. In addition, she personally hand delivered my mom's jewelry and personals after the graveyard service, which she attended, right by our side. It had snowed the day of her service, and Rachel asked if it was too much to wear her fur coat to the gravesite and commented that she pulled it out because she thought my mom would approve. It's like she knew my mom had a thing for fur. It's like she knew my mom. Before we left the morning of planning arrangements, Rachel very respectfully asked if she could paint my mom's nails. She knew through our planning, that her favorite color was pink, so she asked if a pink sparkle would be ok. It was more than ok. It was perfect and my mom would have loved it. In fact, we all wore pink that day and I forgot to tell Rachel that she too, should wear pink. Thank you Rachel for taking such kind and loving care of my momma. I will never forget the hand you had in saying goodbye to the most beautiful and important woman in my life

Nicole groomed my newly adopted standard poodle there and did a fantastic job. She is one of the best groomers I know . The salon has great prices and I know my pet gets good care with the girls there. He is soooooo soft and smells so good now and looks amazing. & I was not happy with the result.
The owner was able to get me in contact with Alyssa, and Alyssa was able to get me in really quickly for an emergency sailine eyebrow removal.
Where she pretty much did a treatment to pull all the permanent ink out of my eyebrows.
I didn't even know it was possible to remove permanently tattooed on eyebrows !!!
But alyssa explained everything to me in great detail - what to expect during this process, pretty much down to the day-to-day day / weekly healing process And she was very thorough with the aftercare.
Alyssa had so much compassion and empathy since the 1st text message.
I understand this is going to be a process, but I feel so much better knowing, I'm now in a good hands with alyssa and that she's here through these next few weeks of healing.
You guys saved my face and I cannot say thank you enough ! I do hair also and can't be looking crazy like I did. I'll update with photos when they are fully healed.

My mom and I stopped into PT Nail Club yesterday so we could get pedicures and our nails done together before my honeymoon. They took us without an appointment, no problem. Leslie worked on my nails, and gave me exactly what I asked for. She took so much care in making sure they were to my liking, and my nails have never looked better. Kaitlin did an amazing job with my pedicure and was so friendly and thoughtful throughout the entire thing. She constantly checked to make sure I felt comfortable and we had great conversation.
The salon is run by a small family. We got to mingle and chat with everyone while getting our services, and honestly we had a blast. The energy and vibes were so good, and it was the most fun nail salon trip I’ve ever had. The prices are also outstanding! I will absolutely be back.

I stopped in to get my tiny cubic zironia gem lip labret put back in, the last one fell out and I have long acrylic nails and cannot put small jewelry in my face. We first worked with Brian St. Jean/Infinity team in 2023 for an upgrade of our 2nd floor bedrooms and bathrooms. The final product was outstanding and working with Brian was so easy that we wanted him to handle a much more extensive and complicated remodel of our laundry room, kitchen, living/dining areas, and primary bath/bedroom in 2024. The results were again outstanding! Brian is honest, cares very deeply about our satisfaction, is very organized with focus on details and the big picture, does what he says he will do, and brings great ideas to the table that we would not have thought of on our own. The project started on time and finished in the time frame that Brian communicated. Any issues that we had along the way were quickly and efficiently resolved with no debate. Brian stopped by many times to check progress and made sure communication was clear and consistent between him, sub-contractors and us. Excellent Customer Service and work!I contacted Weeks & Sons on two separate occasions for snow removal.Mr. Weeks returned my calls within five minutes. He scheduled the work and kept in contact of when he would arrive and contacted me as soon as he arrived. The snow removal was done to my expectations. Within 24 hours of the work being completed, Mr. Weeks emailed me an invoice and I was able to process a seamless payment online. Moving forward, I will definitely contact Weeks and Sons for any outdoor need I may have including snow removal, landscaping or tree removal.Service: General repairs

My Garfield was was a pet rescue and was abused at 10 weeks old. Didn't think he would make it 24h hours.rushed him to Massillon animal hospital.,he's now 5 years old. He's here today thanks to them.
Dr. Jones has been our vet for our 3 dogs for years.
He is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. What stood out to me the most was on my 1st visit was his physical exam on my dog.
I have had dogs my entire life, and I have never once seen such a comprehensive physical assessment. Additionally, he is cautious in his approach and always focuses on etiology of a problem or concern about your pet. He helped guide me with my decision-making process when my beautiful 13 year old dog George was struggling with issues . He was compassionate and empathetic. He always leaves decisions with the pet owner, and does not push for a decision. He kept George comfortable for a lengthy period of time. He euthanized my George, after I finally reached that decision. He allowed me private time prior, and I played Sarah Mcglaughin "In the arms of the angels" during the process. He and Cheyenne were gentle and supportive, and handled the situation with utmost grace and kindness.
I can't imagine going anywhere else for care. His staff our also exceptional, Dreama, and McKenna are responsive to calls and questions. Thank you Dr. Jones!

Love ❤️ the wash and groom that they do on my Golden Doodle. They give her a special cut for spring and summer. Then she just goes in for a bath and to have her nails done once a month. Tenas is the only groomer since she was a puppy that I haven't had to fight with her to get her in the door.
