I went in to float after I’d fallen and strained the muscles in my ankle. My foot had already started to swell and my whole body was just sore from the impact of falling. The float was THE BEST thing I think I could have done to immediately help with the inflammation and muscle strain. It was relaxing, and I immediately noticed relief from putting weight on my ankle when I was done. I’ll be back soon!
