Plumbtite fitted my request in, showed up and fixed my gas line all on the same day. Professionalism was good, but pricing was a bit steep and you don’t learn that until they arrive. A $99 diagnostic fee will be charged on top of the fix cost which I believe is unnecessary but is policy (I think the $99 should go towards the fix). When dealing with gas lines you want the work done well and right (which they did), and that is what matters most.
Will came out to give an estimate on installing a new outdoor spigot with a water supply within 3’ of the new spigot. There was not a charge for the estimate. However the spigot was going to cost $700 up to $1200 depending on how many extras I wanted, membership etc. I was also told our water pressure was over 100 and that meant they couldn’t guarantee the work unless I had a $500 pressure reducer installed. It all seemed rather unbelievable, but Will was friendly and understood why I couldn’t proceed. I believe the spigot can be installed in about an hour.
Tim from Plumb Tite Plumping and HVAC was awesome. He arrived within a very short period of time from when I called. He was very knowledgeable and fixed my problem quickly… so appreciative. I highly recommend Tim and his organization and will use him again !
