Had a wonderful experience with Platinum Deck. My grandfather has alzheimer's and the workers did amazing with him. This update had been put off for years due to being worried about how our grandfather would do with such a large change. We never had to worry, everything was done in a timely manner, we always knew the next steps, and the deck is beautiful! We are looking forward to enjoying it this fall.
