Luxottica/Ray-Ban. Is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have ordered online twice over the last several years and each time the experience was frustrating mess. I really like Ray-Ban prescription glasses and sunglasses but I am done. I will not support an organization that is so incompetent, with a horrible website, a "chat line" that is worse than useless.Reading other reviews, I find I am far from alone im my disgust. I received a pair of Sunglasses as a birthday gift and within a few months one of the lens became bubbled and I contacted Luxottica and they wouldn't replace or repair them. I have never had this problem with Maui Jim or any other company. But I should have listened to my brother he said that the company didn't honor any warranties. You should stay away from them if you are spending any money on Sunglasses

one of the worst experience. No customer service. Made many trips to the optical store (target) to return a defecive pair of prescription glasses. $439 glasses. the glasses are not matching the prescription.
