Excellent service! Tonya is the type of cosmotoligist who teaches you about your hair-type, health and how to properly care for it. She is also very thoughtful when it comes to her clients' allergies to certain product ingredients. Tonya is extremely professional and yet very outgoing. I would highly recommend her! On a scale from 1-10 she's 11.
