Almost 6 months ago we had an electrical surge that toasted our UC320W VOIP router. After spending $700 replacing the router, we were not able to get the phones to roll over. Comcast confirmed the phones were working. After several failed attempts with other telecom experts, we found Phil Denton on Page 1 of a google search for UC320W experts. WITHIN 5 MINUTES, Phil was able to confirm that is WAS a Comcast issue. We fought with them until they admitted their settings were wrong. Phil saved us $1000 and dozens of customer complaints.
