CareFirst Urgent Care provides a positive and professional experience for patients. The staff is described as very nice, warm, welcoming, and concerned about patient needs. The nurse practitioner is praised for her excellent bedside manner and thorough care, even when busy. Patients appreciate the efficient service, getting out in a timely manner. While the facility is a bit small, it offers a comfortable environment for those seeking urgent medical attention. Many patients found the staff to be friendly and professional, with quick and reassuring service. Despite occasional wait times, the care received was prompt and thorough, making it a highly recommended choice for urgent care needs.
Thank you for the extra time and follow-up on my medical care. Also to definitely add, my primary care physician and or psychologist never looked to see if I was able to take a certain medication; the simplest way to have drug interactions.

The staff at this urgent care were responsive, efficient and very professional. From check in to treatment, they quickly checked me in, got me into an exam room, then treated me. The Doctor was very quick and identified my medical needs and got me on my way. Highly recommend this facility for your urgent care needs.
Needed to be seen by a doctor for an allergic reaction. The wait was short. The office was clean and comfortable. The doctor Sharon was very friendly and had a solution quickly. The staff, Felicia, was very friendly and helpful.
