Air Authority has been absolutely wonderful. After having been rejected by my home warranty to replace the AC, I discovered Air Authority. Jack came out and did an immensely thorough inspection on what I would need replaced. Not once did he try to upsell me on anything I didn't need, and even educated me on everything about my home AC system. Seth and Quinn came out promptly at 8am the next morning, and did an incredible job replacing my AC unit on one of the hottest days of the year. Additionally, they educated me on regular AC maintenance and how to take care of everything. They even took the time out of their work to say hello to my dog! Mike is a great guy. Not only he gave great, sincere and well informed advice but their crew was also very professional. It all was cleaned up after the AC was installed. Like it never happened!

Had them out for a second opinion after dealing with a shady contractor from our home warranty company. Was able to diagnose and fix the problem within a day of calling. They are a trustworthy company I would definitely recommend.
