I took a Siberian Forest Cat, who’s currently in my care, to Woodside for a sanitary trim, ear cleaning and her first bath (I think). Paige, one of Dr. Levan’s excellent staff, went the extra mile and did some additional trimming/shaping which, I now realize, was needed. She’s more beautiful than ever and wanted me to thank Paige for her first Kitty Spa Day. 😸 Soooo...Thank You, Paige!
I love this place so nice and comforting when your pet is sick. We had a Shih Tzu that we had to gain his wings we stayed there in the room holding him until he took his last breath. I wouldn’t have wanted any other Vet to handle that. Thank you.
Long story short, I called them in desperate need of assistance. While they were unable to see my dog immediately, the woman I spoke to went out of her way to help me find someone who would be able to. She was compassionate and patient and immensely helpful. She could have easily dismissed me, like most everyone else, but she did not and I’m so grateful.
