I got in and was seen almost immediately after filling out the survey. Everything was straight to the point exam seemed very thorough. All questions were answered to satisfaction and given good guidance when picking frames. I didn’t feel rushed the process was straight forward and some people don’t like that.

I love going to Truitt & Truitt because they make you feel comfortable there. Dr Shannon is the absolute best!! She takes her time with you and makes sure you are completely happy before you leave!

I have been a patient there twice over the last two years. Previously I was a yearly patient of Dr. Poling and Dr. Wolf at that same location. On my first visit I noticed they had upgraded and added additional equipment. By my second visit they had remodeled the interior. Which opened the place up in a beneficial way. Both times I had dealt with different personnel all of which were polite. During these visits I had asked different personnel questions. They all responded in a way I could understand.
