If you have AC needs please read this review. Really do recommend Eller and Sons Heating and AC. I had another company come out and tell me I needed a new AC unit. Called Eller to get a second opinion/quote. Excellent service from telephone reception to Blake who did the actual service call. Explained the engineer/AC spec talk in idiot speak for me so I could understand and stated the other company was basically trying to upsell me a unit and mine was working excellently for a 20 yr unit. I will definitely be going back to them due to their professionalism and clear communication. I greatly appreciate the fact that they didn’t upsell me but wanted to provide me true service and professionalism. When I need further care I’ll be going to them for a new unit or further upkeep.
I have worked with Elmer & sons on my own residency and commercial properties that I own here in Marysville. They always respond quickly,, professionally and extremely cost-effectively. I would have no issues referring them to anybody that I knew that needs heating and cooling services.
