We had a incident of soot through our home. First impression was I called in the morning when they opened and Chris was there around noon to do a estimate. The cleaning crew especially Charlie and Red were absolutely great and so respectful. Dave the project manager drove over a hour to address a concern for us and checked in with us until it was taken care of. I recommend this company 150%. I have already discussed that this spring we will be in touch about some other work they said they could do. Very professional company.

Epic Restoration did an excellent job of evaluating our situation, going immediate and appropriate remediation.They then developed a comprehensive and timely quotation. Every time I asked a question if clarification I was pleased that their answer exceeded my expectation. Epic kept every scheduled appointment and did timely and exception high quality work. The company gave us a feeling a trust at all times. We were completely satisfied with the project and highly recommend them.
