I can’t say enough good about the technicians who came to my home to see what was wrong with my air-conditioning unit. I spoke with Cliff over the phone and explained my issue and he arranged for Dane Williams junior to come to my home to inspect my system, my mother-in-law actually met him here and he was thorough and couldn’t have been more friendly in explaining everything to her. A part was ordered and Adam Wenig came to make the final repair. Unfortunately, on their end, they had an equipment malfunction, so the repair took much longer than anticipated. I want to tell everyone how amazing Mr Wenig is. I live in Florida and our hvac went out. It's 28 years old and no one could find the fan blades I needed. I had to come to Ohio and called Mr. Wenig. I gave him the only number I could find and within minutes he found the part. It arrived, was put on and for the first time in 3 weeks, we have AC. THAKK YOU!!
