“They showed up on time and did a great job of fixing our plumbing issue which required them to bust up concrete and then remove bad sewage line and replace . This was in between 2 walls tight space but got it fixed all in about 3 hours and was on the lower end of their estimate. Very pleased !“

“My original furnace failed on me at the end of winter 2024. I purposely waited for mid-summer to begin getting estimates on a new furnace. I contacted a half dozen companies and only recieved a couple of responses. Those responses quoted me on a furnace replacement only. I felt I needed one more estimate and my cousin suggested I call B&B. I called and got an immediate response. Chad came the next day to look at my situation. Chad immediately pointed out areas he felt needed addressed in order for the equipment to work properly. I agreed to have an estimate that would include addressing the issues at hand. Chad provided me with an estimate the very next day. This estimate included replacing the AC unit as well. This came out to be more than I originally planned on but I felt it was justified and would fix some longtime issues.
I agreed on the proposal and they were able to accommodate my upcoming vacation time I had scheduled to install the new equipment.
The day of installing started with the whole crew showing up on time and with all the equipment necessary for the installation. Everyone had their specific duties and were friendly and courteous. Most everything was completed that day. They were coming back the next day for some small details and then a full testing of the equipment.
I can't say enough good things about the Daikin products. It's a very well built product and it is so quiet that I hardly know it's operating. The house has never felt so comfortable. This product and crew is well worth the money and peace of mind. No buyers remorse here at all.“
