The staff are extremely helpful here. Initially I set up my rental information online. It was all last min stuff on my end so I went into picking up my equipment half blind. I found the office easy enough and the guy working the desk at the time had to help me out a bit. He fixed some of the details I missed online and he took me to look at the powerwasher I rented, it was quite apparent it wasn't going to fit in my toyota corolla. To make a long story short, they were understanding as I had to call in a favor to someone with a truck. I wasn't able to be there during the initial pick up but my friend said they were able to load and unload the powerwasher... read full review
