Could not have asked for a better experience renting our home from PROMANCO, with initially not being sure of a rental company after always renting privately, my wife and I were immediately put to ease after the first house we viewed and meeting with Austin Perkins. He helped us find the perfect home after showing us 2 other amazing properties. Could not have asked for a better landlord,we wish we wouldnt have had to move or that we could have taken the home with is.If we ever return home we will definitely be looking to get it back or working with him again!

This company has no integrity! I inquired about a house for rent in Marietta, Ohio. I received no response. I phoned and left a message and again, no response. I called again the following day and spoke to Austin (I believe) who referred to me as 'the lady with the cat', which meant he did receive my previous correspondence and chose to ignore me. He informed me that he did not believe the owner allowed pets, yet there was nothing in any of the ads on any of the real estate sites online that said anything about 'no pets' which is always stated, should that be the preference of the homeowner. The guy representing the business, shopping at Lowe’s is literally screaming and making a scene, because all registers arn’t open. If this is how he treats employees at other places, I can’t image having to work with him. Would not recommend anyone to be subjected to this behavior.
