Customer service can go beyond your speciality!! Today my mother had a flat tire on the side of SR 7 (blue Ford truck) and two of your workers stopped in the muggy heat to assist her out of the kindness of their hearts! They probably had a job to get to or a million other things they could have done (not to mention no one would have noticed if they drove right by) instead of pull over to help a random woman, but they didn’t hesitate to stop, offer assistance, help her locate her jack, help her find the spare and then put it back when the spare was flat as well! That is above and beyond!! I am super impressed by their actions and and will definitely recommend your company to everyone I know 💙 You should be more than proud of your team on and off the clock 😊
