“I read the bad review on here, and it sounds like a frustrating experience, but my experience with this company has been the opposite. I used New Way Carpet Cleaners of Vienna at my previous home a couple of times, and they did a great job. When a stain 'bled' through from the pad, they showed concern and came back multiple times, at no extra charge, until the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. A month ago, I moved into my current home, and I called them to clean an area that the former owners had tried to spot clean, but a large dirty area remained. They got right on it and really did a wonderful job. I think they are a reasonably priced and conscientious company. Today, to my surprise, I received a personal thank you letter from the owner in my mail and a gift card to Applebee's: apparently, I am client of the month! What a nice gesture! (As I was looking for their phone number to thank the owner, I found this page and decided to give voice to another experience.)“
