“I moved to the area 13 days ago & my pets had their annuals the week before we moved so I felt like I didn’t need to rush to find veterinary care… I was wrong. One of my dogs got injured on his tail on moving day and we had been cleaning & changing the bandages, but when I removed the dressing yesterday his tail tip was black. I freaked out. I had passed Garrettsville Animal Hospital previously so I just put my dog in the car and drove straight there. My hope was that they could point me to the nearest emergency vet. Kelly welcomed me and remained calm while I sobbed at her desk. As luck would have it, their appointment for that time slot had canceled. Jessica took us back to a room and Dr. Marcia was in within seconds. We were treated with such compassion and kindness and the fact that everyone remained calm and loved on my sweet doggy is the reason I was able to calm down. Their obligation to a stranger off the street is zero, but they chose to treat us like part of their family and it’s obvious to me that caring for animals is absolutely their top priority. My dog’s tail is wrapped (he may still lose the tip but it’s nothing I need to freak out over), he’s on pain meds and antibiotics, and my family has a new veterinary clinic.“

“Dr. Hill and her team was absolutely fantastic! The facility was beautiful, very well run, and very accommodating to horse owners, as well. Absolutely there is one thing that wouldn't score 5 stars. The staff even put an extra sheet over my horse on the day we were there - it became windy and chilly. They took care of my horse and us (humans) very well. I left the place with the sense that we have received the highest level of equine and it's owner care, medically and emotionally. It was absolutely worth the 5 hour trip, each way.“

“I came here by my friend's recommendation after another vet in the area misdiagnosed my dog and gave me reckless advice. My experience here was night and day. Dr. Clemens is so wonderful, knowledgable, thorough, and trustworthy. He took the time to walk me through the blood work the previous vet had done and advise me there are no issues with my dog (thank God!) but did educate me on things to look out for to be proactive. He is mindful of how expensive some of these treatments are and doesn't try to upsell you on everything like a lot of vets do. The entire staff is also very friendly and accommodating and the building itself is clean and spacious. Highly recommend this vet!“

“The staff is absolutely amazing. My dog LOVES coming to visit the vet. Her favorite is Marie! I take my dogs & cat regularly for nail trimming. Marie is SO quick about it. We also go for regular check ups & shots & whatever we might need to go for & these guys are very thorough & they actually listen to your concerns. They are not crazily priced either. It's the cost of running a higher tech operation. Some of these bad reviews are ridiculous like the teeth pulling not realizing they helped that dog live a longer life. I have always had quality care there. Love Dr Bayless who communicates and listens so well. Taking excellent care of pets is what they do!“

“Dr. Rosen-Sharp and her team took very good care of my Francesca(pet chicken).
Francesca was very sick, and they did everything that was available to help my chickie. They treated my Francesca with so much care and love, you can tell they really love all animals.

I particularly appreciate how honest they are about everything, including costs/treatments/exams/etc.
They even called me a few days later to ask me how Francesca is doing.
She is doing great by the way.
I liked them so much, that now on I will bring all my pets there, even my cat.
