We could not be more pleased with the staff, the facility, and everything our dog receives here. When we pull in he gets excited and when we walk up to the door he is always pushing his way through to get in. We couldn’t recommend more!
I had several conversations with the staff before bringing my dog there for daycare services. I was told to bring his shot records, food, toys and anything he might need. Upon arriving, they than told me they require a specific vaccine to go there. I was asked on the phone, if he was upto date on shots and had his rabies vaccine (which he has) NEVER once was I told about any other vaccines. So, I had to turn around, take my dog home to than turn back around to come to work. (mind you, I live an hour away) I was 2 hours late going in. The communication is horrible. No where does it state the required vaccines to attend this facility. I am so disappointed. I'm even more disappointed because no one reached out to me and apologized about their lack of communication. I thought this was going to be a great experience for my dog to only be let down in the end.
Very easy booking process. And took great care of my dog for a weekend! She was wore out when she got home after playing so much Will be using again!!!
