They gave a courtesy call every morning to let us know an eta so that we could prepare for their arrival. They were always here right on time, incredibly professional and kind, and even cleaned up after themselves every day after working all day long so that we didn’t have a mess to clean up after they left. They ran into problems that were unexpected during the job, and quickly found a way to fix the secondary problem at the cheapest price for us. They did a wonderful job and I would recommend them again and again to anyone needing the services they provide.“

“Had a water heater installed by these guys and I couldn’t recommend more. They purchased a bigger size than I paid for, because that’s all the store had. The manager did not charge them for the bigger size, because the store didn’t have the normal size. EZ heat, in turn did not charge me.They came to my house 3 times within 3 weeks to replace a noisy heating component from my hard water, and remove an anode. Super professional, family friendly. The older guy Skip was teaching his granddaughter how to install the water heater, which I really respected.“

“Called them on Sat morning and repair man came on Sat afternoon. Chad checked my 27 yr old furnace and informed me it had died. He carried an infrared heater I had in the basement upstairs and set it up in he livingroom for me so I would have some heat until Mon morn. The office called me Monday morning with the estimate for the new one and Chad arrived about 9:30 to install it. He was very pleasant and professional.
