Joe was the repairman who showed up on time, was courteous and very knowledgeable about the appliance he was her to repair. Joe also showed me how to change a filter that I was unaware of. Thank you Lewis Appliance for such professional care.

The compressor in our GE refrigerator died less than 3 years after purchase and Lewis Appliance Repair was the company selected by the warranty company to perform the repair. Even though we live in Sandusky they had repairman in the area and responded the same day. They diagnosed and ordered a new compressor the same day. GE sent them not one, but two compressors that arrived damaged and unusable. The packaging was horribly insufficient. The third compressor was received on a Monday and installed the next morning. Lewis Appliance Services came to our home to provide warrantee service for our new GE side-by-side. They contacted us immediately after we called GE regarding our issue with our ice maker. They were very accommodating and promptly set up a service call. They came when promised and fixed our issue! We are extremely happy with their service. Thank you!!
