Great communication. They give you a window of time that the tech will be there. The tech called and made sure we were still good with that time. My refrigerator was diagnosed, a part had to be ordered, the part came in, and they came back to put the part in. I have a warranty plan, and luckily the warranty company uses Lewis Appliance repair. I’ve had Michael as a tech both times they came out. He is very personable, answers questions, and is very professional.
I contacted Whirlpool and requested service for a Whirlpool washer which was less than on year old. The technician came at the agreed upon time. He diagnosed and fixed problem same day at no cost to me. Very good service .
I filed a claim through my Lowe’s warranty on a dryer. Lewis called with a few different time slots and let us choose the time best for us. The technician came to the minute of our appointment time, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the part on the spot, explaining everything he was doing and why. It took about an hour and then everything was good. Thank you!
