Absolute best appliance repair service we have ever used. Prompt, efficient, friendly and extremely reasonable cost. I have used them personally and for both our offices and will continue to do so for as long as they are in business.

Our dryer stopped working, recently. We left a voicemail, which was responded to first thing, the next workday morning. The woman I spoke to on the phone was friendly and knowledgeable. They came out the same day and fixed our dryer quickly, and for a very reasonable charge. This was our first experience with Elswick - they were referred by a friend - but they are definitely the first people we'll call, if we have any future needs.
