“robbie has been amazing to work with. hes helped me transform my 130 yr old house into a beauty. ive had issues with previous people not wanting to work on this house, but his workers have been very precise in all the angles of my home and working very hard 11 hr days most of the time. any small problem has been fixed right away without any sort of hassle. him and his crew have went above and beyond and they are all very easy to get along with and friendly. i consider this team friends now. i would recommend for any project especially a big one like mine. hes helped me to maintain alot of the historic look. also very easy to communicate with and answers very quickly which is a big plus!“

“Upon selection of JN Construction I already had some work done to my home by other companies. Both JN Construction and myself had problems during the process of dealing with the two claims on my home. One claim was for the damage that a burst water pipe caused to my home in February and the other claim was for a leak from my roof. With that being said I'm not going to go over all the problems that happened. First the end result; Once my home was finished I can say that the job left my home looking great. It may not be exactly as I wanted or expected but despite that it came out well. The largest problems that came up dealt with four different things. The first was the kitchen cabinets which had 4 different problems that being said this work was done by a subcontractor, however I eventually accepted the cabinets in order to have my home done sooner. Even though JN Construction wasn't to blame for this problem they apologized to me and compensated me for the issue. They also let go 2 employees whom were involved in the cabinet ordering, designing, and measuring. The second problem also was caused by both of those employees as well which was poor communication, and no logical or real flow of operations and no real scheduling However once I got new people for handling my home this changed for the better. If I was to suggest this company to others I would with the stipulation that they would get Caitlin & Aaron as the ones managing their project. These individuals made things better, gave me an actual schedule, answered any questions I had, and other such things.
The third problem was with the countertop not being cut in the expected place for the placement of my sink, again even though this work was done by a subcontractor the offered me to be compensated and accept it how it is in order to not have to wait longer which would have been another 3 weeks for a new countertop. That being said I accepted the compensation deal. The only other major issue was caused by the work to my home being done in an order that led to confusion and issues. honestly everything ended up looking good and I'm pleased with the work and the problems were resolved by the aforementioned employees. It was a large job and I think it's admirable that they took action to try to solve issues that came up.. and that their employees did decent work.
I understand that no job will ever be perfect despite any efforts to prevent this that people take. I think that their intention was to always do the kind of service that I received from Caitlin & Aaron. I don't blame the company for anything that went wrong and I know I too caused issues from getting upset and from my lack of knowledge and experience when dealing with homeowners insurance. All that aside I would recommend them to anyone that might need work if the subject came up.“
