I took my nine year old son to the urgent care for fever of 4 days and nasty cough. The receptionist told me it would be an hour wait. I had to pick my daughter up from school at that time and asked if I could make a same day appointment. She was dismissive and told me that I had to do that on a my chart app that I did not have. I asked why I couldn't do it there at the receptionist desk. She answered by saying it's because he has never been seen before. I asked why that matters and she couldn't answer me. We came for my infant son who had a high fever with other symptoms. Their computers were down but they were still able to check us in and get us back in a good time. Carol Reece was out dr (wish I could remembers nurse name) but they were both wonderful especially Ms. Reece. She answered our questions first before leaving the room then came back in and made sure we didn’t have more. She made me feel calm and explained everything so nicely. I’ll definitely bring my kiddos back.

Refused to even assess my infant daughter after making us pay and wait. Not a single person even glanced at her. They just told us to leave and go to a different facility after giving us a convoluted diagnosis with no medical basis. They knew they weren't going to treat her the moment we walked through that door but they didn't send us away then, we had to pay for our child not to get looked at and wait in their dirty waiting room first. Our pediatrician is affiliated and we're considering finding a different one after this. I would rather not be associated with this facility ever again
