About Akron Children's Urgent Care, Mansfield
Akron Children's Urgent Care provides helpful and amazing service for kids. The staff, doctors, and receptionist are wonderful and professional, answering every question and giving amazing advice. They go out of their way to help, making parents feel calm and explaining everything nicely. Visits are handled in a timely manner, even when facing issues like computers being down. It is a helpful place to find out what needs to be done. Having these professionals in the area for kids is appreciated.
We came for my infant son who had a high fever with other symptoms. Their computers were down but they were still able to check us in and get us back in a good time. Carol Reece was out dr (wish I could remembers nurse name) but they were both wonderful especially Ms. Reece. She answered our questions first before leaving the room then came back in and made sure we didn’t have more. She made me feel calm and explained everything so nicely. I’ll definitely bring my kiddos back.
The Drs and staff here always do an amazing job. Its nice to have professionals in the area for kids! We were im and out in a timely manner too! So appreciated! Just wish there was more! Hopefully one day
Great place my children's pediatrician, occ therapist speech all in this same building so I've met quite a bit of the staff and they're fantastic. The urgent care doesn't open until about 2 but call and they will try to get you in to a regular pediatrician asap. Heads up they don't do stitches here!
