Called them on Sat morning and repair man came on Sat afternoon. Chad checked my 27 yr old furnace and informed me it had died. He carried an infrared heater I had in the basement upstairs and set it up in he livingroom for me so I would have some heat until Mon morn. The office called me Monday morning with the estimate for the new one and Chad arrived about 9:30 to install it. He was very pleasant and professional. The price was much lower than I had anticipated. I will definitely contact them the next time I am in need of their services. Thank you for a job well done!
