He fit us in 2 days earlier than scheduled. He was efficient and kind and thorough. He took the time to explain to us what he did and why it was needed. Not only did he fix it, but he also corrected the mistakes of the previous technician from a different company. We recommend Fuse HVAC and Appliance Repair.
They did a really nice job. It required a second visit because the part he had in the truck wasn’t the correct one but they came back out 2 business days later at no additional charge. I would definitely use them again.The tech was excellent.
Fuse just saved me thousands of dollars. I had another big company tell me my furnace needed to be replaced, so I called Fuse just to get a second quote. After looking at the system they told me it was only a $600 fix! They could have taken advantage of the situation and only quoted me for the replacement, but they took the extra time to look into it and do what was best for me. I’m really impressed at their honesty and expertise and I will definitely be using them again.
