Ryan offered walk-in hours on Friday so we headed over, my group walked in and he (understandably) seemed nervous at first as we had a rather decent sized group. However, Ryan did amazing accommodating everyone to the best of his abilities, even took a jab at personalizing my piece a bit which I was unbelievably excited about.
