When I called Kevin at Hydra, my carpet was a mess. Between our Golden Retriever and our grandkids, it was just covered with stains of every kind. We were pretty sure it couldn’t be saved but I wanted to know that it was clean, at least, even if it never looked it again. Frankly, Kevin agreed with our assessment but he promised to pull out all the stops. Boy, did he underestimate himself! Our carpet looks brand new again; there’s not a single stain left!
