“I just left the Kenwood location and was very impressed with the service. I have never seen it so busy (in 10+ years) and the 2 young ladies were very gracious. Many customers walked in at the same time after 8pm. I'm glad they had more than one person to close because I'm sure they will be there late tonight. Despite the chaos, they were kind to each customer. The girl with the wavy red hair was exceptionally sweet and apologetic to everyone for the wait (not her fault!).
