Macedonia Veterinary Clinic: Griffith Cerissa DVM

I've been taking my anxious dog to them for roughly 12 years. They staff is, for the most part, super friendly and quick to service you whether it's on the phone or in person. Their prices are very reasonable as well. I just have two complaints. 1) the website and the answering machine have different versions of what their open hours are and they don't respond to emails/messages on their site or to voicemails that are left 2) while the vets are always nice and clearly care about your pet, the turnover rate is crazy and you're never informed about any changes. You show up and suddenly have a new vet.

This vet office is perfect! I love the staff, vet, and way they manage the pets and Their business. Their focus is on the pets and what is best for the pet verses so many other places (and I have tried numerous vet practices) that just want to focus on their own bottom line. The quality of care my pet received was outstanding. I am a huge fan!

Really wonderful. Our family pets have been patients here forever--they've always gone above and beyond. They truly care, and go out of their way to make sure our furry nuggets are healthy and happy. If I could give them six stars out of five I would. We even drive all the way from Chagrin Falls because of how much we value our pets' positive experiences at Macedonia Veterinary Clinic.
