But I will say it barely hurt and when it kinda did lasted 2 seconds. I had no irritation and she definitely made sure she got all the hair. Ryan is awesome. “WOW! My usual medical facility could not get me in for 3 months. I then called Optima and they got me in the next day! Reception was very pleasant and efficient with new patient paperwork. Wait time was less than 5 minutes. Dr assistant was very nice and professional. Dr. DeLost came in took care of my issue and I was out within about 3 minutes. I have had this procedure before but my treatment area is not as aggravated as it has been in the past. This in my new dermatologist and I would recommend Dr. DeLost to everyone. This place is perfect!“

Funke is an amazing salon. It's upscale and caters to people of all ages. Young people can emerge with the trendiest styles and older people with whatever they want, trendy or traditional. Funke listens and they are skilled enough to do it all, knowing the latest style trends, products and techniques. My stylist, Kris, is wonderful and I've heard nothing but praise from my friends about other stylists. And to top it off, it's a beautiful space to be in.“

“My Wife and I got massages this past weekend at this Hand & Stone facility in Solon. It is a newer location and we decided to give it a shot.

5/5 stars for both of us. She was with Lotus and I was with Ashley.

The facility was clean, smells great, and the staff is very nice. There was mention of some additional services but no hard upselling which was nice. No-one wants to be on the other end of a hard sell during a massage.

I was a bit nervous after reading a different review that was displeased with someone named Ashley. I don’t know if they have multiples, but I doubt it was mine. The pressure and massage as a whole was fantastic!

I go to Physical Therapy and paired with this massage, I’m convinced this is the way to go.“

“I had my service completed on 6/27/24 and I am extremely pleased w my results. I barely have any eyebrow hair and it looks like I have a full set. The Shop is clean, bright and inviting. Heaven makes you feel welcome and comfortable. The price is reasonable and she also offers bday discounts. You will love her work. My brows are even and it looks so natural. I recommend her to anyone who wants beautiful brows.“

“I went to Dr. Lu Jean Feng for explant, lift, and muscle repair. I absolutely love my results! I’m 11 days post op currently. My breast shape was not normal naturally. I had tubular breasts which is why I had gotten implants to begin with. I wanted to be healthy now though and was terrified how my breasts would look after explant. They look better than I ever would have expected. I like them more now than I did with my implants. Dr. Feng corrected my shape and everything. I couldn’t be happier. I showed my cousin my after results because she also wants to explant and she said it looks like I still have implants in BUT better because now they’re natural and more beautiful. She was amazed, as am I. This is how amazing Dr. Feng’s work is. Dr. Feng and her staff are wonderful. The nurses are very kind and caring. I had a wonderful experience and I couldn’t recommend Dr. Feng more. Thank you so so much for changing my life. I finally have natural breasts that I can absolutely love and be healthy at the same time! Words can’t explain how happy I feel and how much I appreciate all the work Dr. Feng and the nurses put in for their patients. I wish I remembered all of the nurses names to mention them here :( The 2 that worked with me most closely were Lona and Kathy. Lona is amazing and helped me with everything. Kathy is also amazing. She was my nurse the day of my surgery. She helped prep me for surgery and took care of me after. They are both very kind along with all the other nurses I had on surgery day and after. They all truly care for their patients, thank you :)“
