“0” stars if I could…
Very very very disappointed to say the least. My mother is on hospice from a long battle with cancer. The bed that was brought to the house only half worked. The motor was supposed to be delivered and it never was due to it not working. The oxygen was never delivered. The suction pump was delivered, but it was the WRONG ONE.
Also all the parts and tubes were not with the pump. A family friend had to wake up another person to get what was needed to make the pump work. My mother is slowly dying and this is not what she deserves. Very very bad service.
Would actually give 0 stars!
Service is horrible! Made several phone calls a week for over a month (at least 15-20 messages were left) could not get a return call!! Needless to say our business will go elsewhere!
My 91-year-old paraplegic mother, who lives in assisted living, needs a power chair for even basic mobility. She has been renting a power chair from Leading Respiratory Services, Inc. in Waverly. However, the battery on the chair has needed a replacement, for weeks now. My mother has repeatedly contacted Leading Respiratory Services, Inc. who promise to replace the battery soon, but who never actually do anything. Eventually the chair stopped working altogether, and my mother has been relying upon a less comfortable substitute chair available in her facility. However, even the substitute chair sometimes does not work, leaving my mother completely immobile. Calling Leading Respiratory Services, Inc. results in empty promises to come out and replace the battery, something which they do not bother actually to do. Furthermore, when I recently tried to explain the urgency of the situation, I was referred to a manager who actually said “I don’t understand what you are talking about.”
