They came to pull my truck out of some soft ground (loaded dump truck that weighed 33500lbs 30 minutes after I called. Took them 30 minutes to pull me out.. I was impressed until the driver hit me up for $550.. they did a good job as they should.. I figured there rate at around $300/hr.. I recommend getting an estimate before they do the work
